This June we had the privilege of working with them yet again to produce nearly 100 videos during HxGN Live 2018 at The Venetian and Sands Expo Convention Center. We started initial planning calls and meetings with their marketing team months in advance to make sure that we had all the appropriate crew and equipment secured for their event.

We also built a studio environment right on the show floor with multiple locked-down cameras, a jib camera, and a Tricaster Flypack to capture pre-scheduled conversations in a studio-like setting. With a team of on-site editors and producers, we quickly transferred footage in real-time and edited highlights packages and daily wrap-up videos for same-day and next-day turnarounds that could be pushed out on the conference website and mobile apps. Thus, we ensure that our client leaves Las Vegas with a fully-produced library of sales, marketing, and branding videos that can be used for years to come.
